SEO AND DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This SEO and Digital Marketing Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Starbound SEO, a Texas DBA (“DBA”), and You, (“User”).

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We will not be held responsible for any errors that may be present in any copy or language presented as is. All content is provided "as is," and we do not make any warranties regarding any advice, intentional or unintentional, contained herein.

Occasionally, we have guest bloggers or staff writers who are no longer with the company. In this case, we are not liable for any content posted on our behalf. The same applies to any business we may decide to write for.

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR SERVICES RENDERED

"Client" refers to the individual or entity that, as of the date Starbound SEO receives the Client’s first payment for Services, enters into this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).

PRICING

The pricing outlined on the website may be subject to change based on client needs. A full itemized list with pricing will be sent to the client along with the contract before services are started.

SERVICES RENDERED

Starbound SEO offers services including, but not limited to: Search Engine Optimization (“SEO”), link building, keyword planning, written content creation, and other SEO-related tasks. Occasionally, Starbound SEO will conduct non-SEO marketing activities such as keyword optimizations for social channels and social media content creation.

ADDITIONAL CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS

The client will receive additional contract(s) before any service is started. These contract(s) will outline specific services to be rendered, specific pricing, time of completion, terms and limitations, and any necessary nondisclosure agreement.

Note that a verbal agreement is not binding between the parties without a signed contract.

GOVERNING LAW FOR USERS AND CLIENTS

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Texas.
